Time to celebrate the most important woman in our lives! MOMS! A special day for the special women who have taking the roles of guiding us through life. As if one day was enough to show our appreciation! Here’s a round up of places & things to do with the mom in your life this Mother’s Day!
Mandrake Miami: Mandrake Miami is opening this Sunday, May 12 for a special "Mother of Dragons" Mother's Day lunch from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mandrake is taking back the Seven Kingdoms (well at least Miami-Dade County) with an over the top, four course prefixe lunch, featuring Chinese Dragon show performances, lively music and bottomless Mimosas + Bloody Marys for a legendary celebration fit for the Khaleesi in your life.
B Ocean Resort: Moms, Mermaids & Mimosas – There’s only one place you can take mom for brunch with mermaids swimming in the background. Moms also get a welcome Rose, a glass of Rosé Wine and Chef David’s Homemade Infused Olive Oil to take home
Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort: The resort’s Ilios restaurant will be offering a complimentary welcome Mom-osa to all Mothers dining for brunch that day. Families will enjoy an elaborate sweet and savory buffet, complete with a Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar. Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling the Restaurant Manager directly at 954-594-4068. Brunch will be $65 for adults / $25 for children; the Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar is a $10 up charge. Moms looking for that Fort Lauderdale glow can also enjoy a day at the resort’s pool, with cabanas available to rent that feature a complimentary margarita or mojito pitcher and fresh cut fruit platter. Rentals start at $150.
Legends Tavern & Grille: A place where moms can come and enjoy bottomless cocktails while spending time with their families! Legends Tavern & Grille is offering a complimentary brunch cocktail for moms who dine on the holiday; this includes a Mimosa, Bellini, Legendary Monks, or Bloody Mary. The brunch menu – available from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. – includes dishes such as Avocado Toast, Chicken & Waffles, Hangover Havana, Ciabatta French Toast, and more. Celebrate at any of the three locations (Sunrise, Lighthouse Point, and Deerfield Beach).
Café Collective: Café Collective will be celebrating moms with a complimentary cup of Guatemalan drip coffee. Families can enjoy this offer in the coffee shop from 8 am – 12 pm.
Rusty Pelican: The Rusty Pelican, known for its dazzling waterfront views, is inviting diners to enjoy a delicious Mother’s Day Brunch from 10AM to 3PM. For $98 per adult and $35 for children ages 4-11 (exclusive of tax and gratuity), guests can partake in a generous brunch buffet with a variety of classic brunch offerings and seafood specialty stations including Sushi, Raw Bar, Ceviche and Tartare, and American Caviar. Mom will receive a flower and welcome cocktail and the entire family can enjoy face painting and live music. Those who can’t make it to brunch can stop by for a Mother’s Day Dinner from 6PM to 11PM, featuring a seafood buffet and special menu for the same price as brunch. Dune, Fort Lauderdale: Fort Lauderdale’s seaside restaurant at Auberge Beach Residences & Spa, invites moms to indulge in a lively Sunday Brunch On The Beach, starring brunch favorites and soon-to-be-seafood-classics in the California-cool setting. The a la carte brunch by Executive Chef Edgar Beas offers al fresco dining on the beachfront terrace overlooking the tranquil ocean.
Etaru Hallandale: Treat mom to a beautiful and delicious oceanfront brunch at ETARU Hallandale. On Sunday, May 12, the Japanese robatayaki restaurant from the team behind Zuma Restaurants worldwide will extend their brunch hours to 11:30AM until 7PM. Priced at $75 per person, brunch includes a welcome cocktail, bottomless pours of a selection of wines or champagne. For the special day, ETARU will also offer unlimited Veuve Clicquot Rosé for an additional $30. Guests will enjoy an array of hot and cold starters on the robata counter, choice of one main course and a decadent dessert presentation.
LONA: For those looking to impress mom with breathtaking ocean views and a complimentary sunflower, take her to Lona Cocina y Tequilera for an unforgettable Sunday brunch. Offered from 11AM – 3PM and priced at $48 per person, brunch-goers can indulge in delectable selections from various stations that include a Live Breakfast Station featuring chilaquiles and huevos rancheros; made-to-order tacos al pastor and barbacoa tacos; oysters on the half shell and fresh ceviche; and Mexican specialties including Mexican rice, charro beans, salmon mole and chicken poblano
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino: Treat mom to a decadent brunch with Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood’s Hard Rock Signature Brunch, located at the property’s showpiece restaurant Kuro. In addition to a flavorful mix of brunch classics, extravagant raw bar options and delectable sweets. In celebration of Mom, brunch will also feature an upgraded carving station with USDA prime rib and an elevated seafood station featuring snow crab claws.
Grato West Palm Beach: Chef Clay Conley's West Palm Beach staple, Grato, is the perfect place to celebrate mom all weekend long.
