Make it at Home: Easy, Pull Apart Truffle Lavash Flatbread

This is easily one of my favorite go to snacks, quick lunches or shareable plates to make with friends. A friends mom made it for me years ago, and it has since become a staple in my house. It’s a very quick meal to make and you can really customize it to your liking. Sharing below the recipe for the one I made this week, but of course feel free to change/add veggies or proteins of your choice!

Ingredients:

  • lavash bread // I get mine from Costco

  • white truffle oil // I get mine from Trader Joe’s or Marshall’s Home Goods

  • mascarpone cheese // I get mine from Trader Joe’s

  • mushrooms

  • spinach

  • shredded mozzarella cheese // from wherever you get it normally

  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Prep time: 15 min

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

  2. lay out your lavash bread over a flat pan (or something close to it you can lay it on to put in the oven)

  3. spread mascarpone cheese on the bread, evenly throughout the whole piece. its also very yummy when some parts are chunkier than others. add as much desired

  4. add the veggies you would like to use, in this case broken up mushrooms and spinach

  5. drizzle the white truffle oil over the veggies

  6. lightly sprinkle over the salt, pepper and garlic (as much or as little as you desire! you do not need a lot)

  7. sprinkle the lightly shredded mozzarella cheese over top

  8. put in oven for about 10 minutes, sometimes even less depending on how crispy you want the edges. this bread is thin and cooks quickly!

  9. using a pizza cutter or a knife, make cuts throughout the flatbread to make it easy to pull apart and grab pieces

  10. Enjoy!!!

If you make this, please share with me on instagram or facebook. I’d love to see what you guys make!
